Where can I find my order status?+
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier has not posted an update yet, allow time for the first scan before contacting support.
When will my order arrive?+
Current delivery estimates are shown during checkout and in your order confirmation. Timing can vary by destination, item and carrier.
Can I change an order after placing it?+
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started, but we will check the current status.
How do I start a return?+
Review the current returns policy, then contact support with your order number and the item you want to return. Do not send a package until return instructions are confirmed.
How should I choose a size for my dog?+
Measure the widest part of the chest and the lower neck with a soft tape. Compare both measurements with the size chart on the product listing, and choose the size that keeps each adjustment point within range.
What if my dog falls between two sizes?+
Prioritize the chest measurement and the available adjustment range. Contact us with your dog's measurements and the item name if the chart is not clear.
How should I clean travel gear?+
Remove loose dirt, close buckles and clean with cool water and mild soap unless the product care label says otherwise. Air-dry completely away from direct heat before storage.
What should I do after a beach trip?+
Rinse salt and sand from fabric, webbing and hardware with fresh water. Let every layer dry fully before packing the gear away.
